In the first quarter of 2024, the top 5 theme park apps on iOS in South America showcased varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. This report delves into the trends observed for each app, providing insights sourced from Sensor Tower.

My Disney Experience experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $27K in the first week of January and peaking at around $31.7K in early February. By late March, revenue dipped to roughly $11.8K. Weekly downloads for the app showed a gradual decline, beginning at 6.8K and ending the quarter at around 4.7K. Active users also saw a downward trend, starting at 7.9K and closing the quarter at 6.4K.

Universal Orlando Resort did not generate revenue during this period. Downloads began at 5K in early January, peaked at 5K again in early February, and then declined to approximately 3.4K by the end of March. The app maintained a relatively stable number of active users, starting at 10.6K and ending at 9.4K.

Beto Carrero World also recorded no revenue. Downloads showed a decreasing trend, starting at 5.9K and finishing at around 2.9K. The app saw a slight decline in active users from 24.7K at the beginning of January to approximately 19.9K by the end of March.

Disneyland® Paris also did not generate any revenue. Weekly downloads started at 2.5K and ended at approximately 2.1K. Active users showed a gradual increase from 5.8K in early January to about 5.6K by the end of March.
